Architectural Control

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was created by the developer when the subdivision was established in 1996. The Riverside Glen Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions outlines the guidelines that the ACC is required to follow. The purpose of the ACC is to assure the integrity of the subdivision’s architecture is appropriately maintained. All major modifications to existing structures and any proposed new structures must first be approved by the ACC. A written description explaining the change, modification or addition, including drawings, photographs or other documents must be submitted with the request.  Currently, all ACC approvals are performed by the Board of Directors.

Please submit your ACC request form to any current board member. You can find the names and phone numbers of the current board listed on the home page of the RGHA website or on your most current newsletter or email the board at riversideglen48044@gmail.com.

Standardized Mailboxes

In 2007, the ACC established a standardized mailbox and post for the subdivision. Although this is not a requirement within the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the ACC strongly encourages homeowners to consider replacing their mailbox with this style. This will ensure that eventually all mailboxes in the subdivision will be the same style and color for uniformity.
